What can I say? I’ve been waiting over 5 years to replace our front windows and chose Daniel and Andy (with Connor who is learning on the job) at Beta View based on the Facebook reviews and after meeting them to assess the job. I’m so pleased with EVERYTHING and definitely made the right decision.
Nothing was too much trouble, and they really went the extra mile to meet my requests (for example, not wanting the plastic strips inside!). The quality of workmanship and care with the windows and our property was great. Always cleaning and tidying up at the end of each day. You can really see the quality in Rehau windows - our home seems warmer and even quieter as a result. And you get a 10-year guarantee.
Would definitely use them again if we ever decide to change the back windows.

"We need a new front door" Mrs W informed me for what felt like the 100th time. So, onto the internet to have a look for local instillation firms. There were a few and of the three I contacted only Daniel at Beta View Windows and Doors came back to me. From the initial enquiry through the door measuring, design, fitting and final issuing of Certification Daniel was on hand. Andy came out on a Friday, took the measurements. We explained our special wheelchair access requirements. Daniel emailed us the link to their superb door design website. It took us longer to choose our perfect front door than it did to place the order. Within a very short time span Andy was back with his trusty assistant to fit the door. It was a long old day. for them as the door that was coming out was on the rather large size. Needless to say, they did an outstanding job. Working cleanly and professionally at all times. So, if we ever need any more doors or windows sorting I'll be straight on the phone to Beta View Windows and Doors Thank you for an outstanding job folks. We are over the moon as they say about our new front door.

Dan and his team have just completed a job at my new house. To say I am happy would-be understatement from start to finish Dan kept me informed and talked me through each stage of the job. Nothing seemed to be too much, and he went above and beyond throughout the job the communication and interaction is way above that of your average tradesperson and I can't thank Dan and his team enough. 10/10 in every department for me and I'd never use anyone else. During the job my mum had an issue with a door another company had fitted, and Dan called and rectified her problem without charge that day well done Dan and everyone at Beta view
