I keep taking photos and sending them to all my friends and family. From the outset you were professional, approachable, friendly and nothing was too much hassle, you responded to all my questions in a timely manner and the paperwork, plans and proposals were always easy to understand and formatted well. Your quote was fair and your suggestions/ recommendations on style, costs etc was greatly appreciated. At no point did we feel we were being 'sold' to, you supplied advice and assistance which helped us to decide on the windows, etc. Craig and Jimmy were always on time, if not early on some occasions which was great, they were extremely tidy, polite and hard working and have made a fabulous job of everything, I couldn't believe there was NOTHING for me to do when I got home each evening, no cleaning, tidying up - nothing! They were immaculate - and the finish on the windows, doors and porch was perfect! I can't thank you all enough - it was worth every penny and I will be happy to recommend Cristal to anyone who needs new windows, the competitors should be worried - as I've heard such horror stories from people about window fitters and I was a tad nervous, but you did not disappoint and the work was outstanding! The boys even put my little address plaque up on the porch - bless them! PS - Thank you for getting the ponytail knocker for us - it's perfect! Thank you all again! A very very happy customer!"
